QuickBooks Enterprise V12


QuickBooks Enterprise V12 is the most recent release of QuickBooks Enterprise - released October 2011.  

Here are some of the exciting new features available within V12:

Inventory Centre
Easily find and locate inventory tasks by accessing your inventory items and reports all in one place with the QuickBooks Inventory Centre.  Now add a notes field or image to each item for easy identification.

Serial Number or Lot Tracking
Enter serial numbers or lots at the time of purchase, transfer or sale - no extra data entry required for reliable tracking.

Excel Integration Refresh
When you export your QuickBooks reports to Excel, simply refresh your previously saved worksheet and your formats will be applied to the new report.

Calendar View
See billings, invoices, past invoices and other important tasks coming due or past due in the Calendar View.

Document Centre
The new QuickBooks Document Centre allows you to store files locally on your hard drive - a major advantage at tax time.

Memorised Transactions
In addition to automatically executing recurring transactions like weekly and monthly bills and invoices, you can now easily select which transactions to run and which to postpone.

Batched Invoicing for Time and Expenses
Invoice multiple customers for time and expenses in one batch.

More Price Levels
Now you can add up to 750 different prices in the price level list.

Lead Centre
Track and follow leads here.  Easily import existing leads.  When leads become customers transfer them to the customer centre in one click.

Enhanced Inventory Receiving
Maintain reliable inventory accounts even when a single order is received in multiple shipments.

Automatic Price Adjustments
Select a default percentage or sterling amount mark up for your items.  When costs change, choose to increase sales prices by your markup amount or have QuickBooks automatically make the change for you.

Faster Form Completion
Find items in your sales order based on item detail, including custom fields, directly from your sales order, invoice or sales receipt.

Batched Timesheets
Create timesheets for multiple employees or vendors in one batch.

Define custom fields - set a closing date - make deposits - change any list sort order.
